What is Pass Da Suga?

Pass Da Suga is a privately owned boutique that specifically offers guests wardrobe and beauty advising services as well a variety of wardrobe pieces and accessories to enhance and bring unique and style to your wardrobe.  

What is services are offered?

Pass Da Suga offers a variety of services including Virtual Services and Styling Services. Styling services require a 20% deposit that is nonrefundable.You can get a free consultation for here or email 

What if I need to change or rebook a service?

Clients are allowed to rebook a scheduled service up to a total of two (2) times.  

Can I shop here?

YES! No matter your sexual orientation, sex, gender, race, etc., this store is open for all to shop. We are about breaking down identity prisons not creating and supporting them. The services and merchandise is for everyone!

Where does boutique and where does it get its merchandise?

Pass Da Suga seeks to provide an exclusive shopping experience for our guests through its virtual pop-up boutique. Unlike other boutiques, this one does not run on fast fashion trends. It is personally curated by Mx. Leeander Alexander who works with brands and designers around the world to bring you one-of-kind pieces. Mx. Alexander also shops to include handpicked pieces to add to the boutique.  

The size of the clothing item(s) that I received from the boutique are NOT the same as the one I ordered. 

Pass Da Suga works with designers and brands all over the globe. As sizing is not a universal concept in retail and fashion (.i.e., differences between Asian sizes and U.S. sizes), we have taken the time to translate our supplier and manufacturer sizes into U.S. sizing metrics. Thus while you may have ordered a large on our site, we will have the supplier/manufacturer send you the equivalent of that size according to their market. If you have any questions about still choosing your correct size, please email before ordering. 

What countries/areas does Pass Da Suga serve and ship too?

At this time, Pass Da Suga only serves and ships in the U.S. and applicable U.S. territories. 

What are the processing, shipping, and delivery timeframes for boutique orders? 

Order processing time, including processing through and on our suppliers/manufacturers ends can take 2-4 business days total (not including nationally and internationally recognized holidays and observed days). Delivery takes about 1 week after order has been processed and shipped. Customers will receive tracking numbers for each item order. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more information.

**Please know that minimum delays may occur during times of high volume orders and holiday seasons. 


Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

At this time we do NOT support refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect product selection by fault of the customer/purchaser (i.e. wrong size, etc). Please see our Returns and Exchanges policy regarding damaged and defective products (there is a time limit for filing a claim on such items).
