RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Currently, PASS DA SUGA DOES NOT offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise and services for buyer’s remorse or incorrect choice by the customer (including color, size, etc.). We strongly suggest that you check our FAQs page that includes tips on sizing BEFORE placing your order.

Damaged and Defective Goods

We only replace items if they are determined to be defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt of item by the customer and verified by package tracking information. In the event you receive a damaged or defective good, please email customerservice@passdasuga.com within the 7 days of receipt of the item with the following information:

  • Full Name (must be the original purchaser)
  • Email Address
  • Order Number (found in the email send when you placed your order)
  • Description of defect/damage
  • Clear photos of the defect/damage

If your item is found to be defective and damaged, you will be required to mail the item back (customers are responsible for shipping fees) to:

 If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement.

 If you qualify for a refund due defect or damage, it will be processed within one (1) week of returned merchandise.
