RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Currently, PASS DA SUGA DOES NOT offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect variant chosen by the customer (including color, size exchange, etc.). We strongly suggest that you check our FAQs page that includes tips on sizing BEFORE placing your order.

Damaged and Defective Goods

We only replace items if they are determined to be defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt of item by the customer and verified by package tracking information. In the event you receive a damaged or defective good, please email customerservice@passdasuga.com within the 7 days of receipt of the item with the following information:

  • Full Name (must be the original purchaser)
  • Email Address
  • Order Number (found in the email send when you placed your order)
  • Description of defect/damage
  • Clear photos of the defect/damage

If your item is found to be defective and damaged due to manufacturing fault, the same item with your order details (color, size, other applicable variants) will be sent as a replacement at no cost to you.  If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement.

 

Please note that failure to include the information requested above in your initial email may delay processing. Please allow 2-3 business days for confirmed response to your email (this WILL NOT count against your initial 7-day period).

Confirmed replacements will be shipped out in 1-2 weeks from time of approval.
